CORONAVIRUS OFFICE UPDATE

We are no longer requiring masks in our office. It is now optional. Staff will wear a mask upon request by patients or their families.

We do ask that you reschedule your appointment if you have any of the following: runny nose, cough, fever, sore throat, chest pain, or congestion.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call as far in advance as possible.

Please do not hesitate to call our office with any questions or concerns.

Thank you

The first appointment to our office is for consultation only.  Any procedures that are recommended will be scheduled at a later date at a local hospital or outpatient facility.  Also, secondary insurances that are not set up to receive electronic claims filing are not accepted by this office, and we ask that you pay any copay or deductible up front and get reimbursed from your insurance company.  If your insurance carrier requires that you have a referral to a specialist, your primary care should submit authorization for a referral to your insurance carrier.

Our facility is not equipped to handle emergency situations.  If you feel you have an emergency, or your child needs to be seen immediately (same day), please report to the your local emergency room.
